Charis is a construction and development company based in Northwest Arkansas. For seven years we have built, remodeled, and maintained commercial and residential properties across the region — as a licensed, self-performing general contractor.
We take on the work most people would rather hand off: complex scopes, tight schedules, and projects where the details decide whether the result holds up. Our name comes from the Greek word charis — grace expressed through action. In our trade, that means honoring what we said we would do, protecting what our clients invested, and building it correctly from the start.
